Other projects discussed included: Brinkman parking lot resurfacing (village partnership; estimate ~$150,000 pending final bids), stadium and back‑lot lighting (~$76,000), high‑school chiller noise mitigation (~$52,000 acoustical wrap), auditorium ADA seating modifications (~$150,000 tentative), vehicle replacements (~$348,000 aggregated estimate for multiple vehicles), several HVAC/boiler projects and routine district parking‑lot maintenance. Jonathan said some projects could be phased or paired depending on available funds and board direction.
Board members asked clarifying questions about parking counts, access, and safety mitigations; students in attendance offered input on safer back‑entrance access at the middle school.
No formal capital approvals were taken; staff asked for board feedback on project priorities and potential funding sources to bring formal requests in subsequent meetings.
