The Stow City Tree Commission completed routine governance and scheduling at the meeting.

Laura (commission member) made a motion that she serve as chair and that Andy serve as vice chair; the motion passed on a voice vote with no opposition recorded. "All in favor, say aye," was called and the meeting recorded agreement.

The commission confirmed its regular meeting schedule (second Mondays) and set a working meeting to review the management plan. Commissioners also agreed to present a summary to city council on Feb. 12; Andy was suggested to give the presentation but could pass it to another member.

What's next: The commission will reconvene on Feb. 9 and will present to council on Feb. 12 as scheduled.
