At the January meeting, board members completed several governance items and approved a rate change for the municipal golf course.

Nominations opened for the planning-commission representative and for board leadership. Jeff was nominated and confirmed by voice vote as the planning commission liaison for 2026. The board then opened nominations for chair and vice chair; the nominated chair accepted and the board elected the chair and Nick as vice chair by voice votes.

Joe Boycott, the golf course manager, presented a revenue summary and course updates, reporting increases in rounds and pro-shop and food-and-beverage revenue compared with prior years. He described an approved gas-line project to heat covered driving-range stalls and discussed revenue opportunities such as TopTracer and potential configuration changes to the course. After the presentation a board member moved to accept the proposed 2026 rates for Fox 10 Golf Course, the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
