"We did attend the BZA earlier this evening and received the 3 developmental variances that were required to facilitate this 1 lot subdivision," Slager said, noting variances granted for reduced frontage, lack of a frontage road and a post‑frame building design in the US 41 Overlay District.
Commission members responded that the proposal appeared straightforward and asked Slager to coordinate with the office to finalize hearing logistics. The commission confirmed the item will return at the next meeting for a public hearing and potential formal action.
No formal vote or conditions beyond scheduling were recorded at the study session. The applicant and his representative were advised to finalize any outstanding submittals required for the hearing.
