Commission remands chamber-decorum review to Personnel Policies and Procedures Committee

Commissioner Grace Ann Blake withdrew an earlier request to pull the item after asking for more information; Commissioner Stefan Jones and others emphasized the need to hear the proposer's concerns in committee. A motion to remand the item to the Personnel Policies and Procedures Committee carried 9-3.
No policy changes were adopted at the work session; the committee will review and present recommended changes to the full commission if necessary.
