McCall chamber previews Winter Carnival; council renews park concessions and lease

Council members discussed transparency and whether the city should periodically solicit competing proposals; staff noted a calendar window exists for public proposals. The concessions renewals were approved and the mayor was authorized to sign required documents.
Councilmembers asked staff to review concession guidelines and competitive processes as the community grows.
