The Finance Committee subcommittee voted to approve the minutes from its Dec. 16 meeting and later voted to adjourn. Lisa Martin moved to approve the minutes and to adjourn; Michael Basier seconded both motions. Chair Kim Craven called a roll‑call vote on each motion; for both votes Lisa Martin, Michael Basier and Kim Craven recorded yes votes and motions passed.
The committee used the meeting to request next steps on FY27 planning rather than to take any fiscal votes. Members asked administration to prepare consolidated budget scenarios, to share the state’s Ashby ADA/walkthrough findings when available, and to update enrollment projections and revenue estimates after the governor’s budget release. The group tentatively scheduled a follow‑up meeting for Jan. 26 to review updated materials.
