Joshua Schultz, executive director of the Del City Chamber, described the restaurant as family-owned, praised its service, and noted it has been in Del City for nearly two years. The council watched a short video about the business and took a 10-minute recess to sample food provided by the restaurant. Chamber representatives said Mediterranean Grill will host a chamber business event on Jan. 22.
Council members thanked the business for its community involvement and invited residents to visit the restaurant during its hours of operation.
