Council approves Health committee appointment, Butlerville Days contract and CDRA interlocal agreement

Cottonwood Heights City Council voted unanimously Tuesday to approve three resolutions: an advisory-committee appointment, a performance contract for the 2025 holiday show at Butlerville Days, and a second amended interlocal agreement with the city's Community Development and Redevelopment Agency (CDRA) for the Canyon Center project area.
Council member Ellen Burrell moved to approve Resolution 2025-36, appointing Diane Foster Burke to the Health in the Heights Advisory Committee; Council member Sean Newell seconded and the council recorded unanimous yes votes.
Council member Sean Newell moved and Council member Suzanne Hyland seconded approval of Resolution 2025-37, which authorizes a performance contract and addendum for the 2025 Butlerville Days holiday show. The resolution passed on a unanimous roll call.
Finally, Council member Matt Holton moved and Council member Sean Newell seconded Resolution 2025-38, which approves and ratifies a second amended interlocal agreement with the CDRA for the Canyon Center project area. The council approved the measure unanimously.
