Mills said a Sankofa Celtic Christmas concert is scheduled for Thursday at 7 p.m.; the Utah Puppet Theater performed Friday at 11 a.m.; "Hark the Herald Angels Ring" bell choir will perform Monday the ninth at 7 p.m.; Jeanne Luke's choir holiday concert is set for 4:30 p.m. on Thursday the 18th; the Babcock performing readers will present "Banjo and the Snowy River" at 7 p.m. that same evening; and an adult and teen DIY ugly-sweater day will run 11 a.m.–5 p.m. on the 19th and 20th. Mills also announced a Red Cross blood drive described in the transcript as occurring "on the 20 sixth" from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Mills closed by inviting residents to attend the programs.
The announcement was given during the meeting's public comment period; the council recorded no formal response other than thanks and moved on to the evening's business.
