Key points: the county was 42% through the fiscal year as of November. The General Fund had received roughly 16% of its budgeted revenue (property tax collections were expected to pick up in December and January) and expended 36.8% of its budgeted expenditures. Other funds reported year-to-date positions: library fund revenue received 12.3% and expended 34.5%; capital fund revenue 6.1% and expended 25.1%; fire fund revenue 5.5% and expended 43%; water and sewer fund revenue 13.6% and expended 24.3%; water and sewer impact fee fund revenue 47.3% and expended 2.9%; stormwater fund revenue 10.7% and expended 29.3%; solid waste fund revenue 5.9% and expended 22.9%.
Christmas reported the county had $462,450 left in ARPA cash as of November and that three ARPA-funded projects remained outstanding: the medical facility, a men's shelter, and the coroner's office. She said staff expected to meet the ARPA expenditure deadline. Council members asked no substantive follow-up questions in the recorded portion of the meeting.
