Chris Owens, chair of the Cottonwood Heights Parks, Trails and Open Space (PTAS) committee, told the City Council in a Nov. 18 work session that the volunteer committee is nearly fully staffed and is seeking roughly $20,000 in allocations for small park projects and outreach next year.
