The Lebanon Board of Works and Safety on Jan. 12 approved a temporary street closure for a downtown NCAA "Fan Jam" and several parking-space closures for scheduled blood drives, opened annual Department of Public Works supply bids and delayed action on a park storage building change order.
Chief Morgan told the board that the Lebanon Police Department has responded to 770 calls for service since Jan. 1 and made 15 arrests. "Since January 1, the Lebanon Police Department has responded to 770 calls for service, and a total of 15 people were arrested," Morgan said. He added that LPD filed 14 crash reports and submitted two handgun-carry permits to the state for final approval.
