At the Jan. 13 administrative workshop, Interim Human Resources Director Michelle Shaw presented multiple personnel actions and job requisitions.

Shaw said the public‑works departmental specialist position has a revised job description (additional duties and refinements) and will be posted to refill a vacancy. Commissioners requested a copy of the updated job description and asked that the posting be brought back for signature after review.

A transit operator vacancy was described as a straight replacement with no job description changes; commissioners said they had no objection.

Shaw also presented a personnel action to remove the 'interim' designation from her title as Human Resources Director with no change in pay. Commissioners acknowledged the change and thanked Shaw for her work.

Staff said they would email updated job descriptions to commissioners and bring the departmental‑specialist requisition to the next meeting for signature.
