The Fishers Art Commission elected Drew Bailey as its new chair and named Mark vice chair during its meeting. Members moved and seconded the nominations and approved both positions by voice vote.

In addition to the elections, the commission approved the minutes from its Dec. 8 meeting and voted to accept the January 2026 financial report. Staff noted the Town Hall Building Corp art fund is a revolving fund with about $123,000 available for programs and projects.

"That right now is around a $123,000," Speaker 3 said when summarizing the art fund balance and program examples, including business matching grants, murals and a planned library art installation.
