Resident group says police oversight board’s sustained findings weren’t forwarded, files FOIA for 'forgotten 75'

Little said the group will analyze the records and publish a public dashboard it calls the "forgotten 75" to report findings "independently of the CPRB and independently of the HPD." He named local officials he said had been contacted in recent conversations but said the responses were noncommittal.
The council did not take action during the public-comment period. Little’s remarks were a request for the city, the CPRB and the Hartford Police Department (HPD) to explain what happened to those sustained findings and to provide greater transparency about outcomes.
What happens next: Little said his group has filed FOIA requests; any formal supervisory or disciplinary outcomes would depend on internal HPD processes and any subsequent official reviews by the CPRB or the council.
