Eugenis also described a personal services agreement with Gray & Osborne to support the municipal separate stormwater (MS4/MPDES) permit through Dec. 31, 2028, not to exceed $120,000; the county used a qualifications-based selection process and conducted interviews. Sean, finance director, noted a final contract execution for Advanced Electrical Technologies for on-call electrical services at the Headquarters Landfill: not to exceed $150,000 for one year with an option to extend one additional year.
Eugenis said the county is completing paperwork to rescind an emergency declaration and issue a completion letter to Advanced Excavating Specialists for storm-drain replacement work on Sweet Birch; total cost was reported as $141,988.85. She said the contractor mobilized and work is complete with paperwork being finalized.
Eugenis answered commissioners’ questions about schedule and fish-window constraints and said contractors will begin preparatory work before the date they may touch the water. No public votes or formal approvals are recorded in the public segment of the transcript.
