- Towing contract extension: The Public Safety Committee recommended, and the council approved, a three‑year extension of towing, storage and disposal services to Duke's Towing Incorporated at no increase in rates (motion by Councilor Johnson; second by Councilor Fennessy; carried).
- Human Resources items: The council approved filling a marketing & tourism coordinator position and approved a reclassification for a building-inspection position to assistant chief building inspector (motions carried). The clerk read the items and the council voted in favor.
- Appointment: The council confirmed Dr. Jess McCullough as Historic Properties Museum Director (motion by Councilor Fennessy; second by Councilor Moffett; carried).
