Jefferson City School Board appoints Carlos Graham to fill vacancy

The Jefferson City School District Board of Education voted to appoint Carlos Graham to a vacant board seat during its regular meeting. A board member moved to appoint Graham, citing his community involvement and experience as a parent of two district students; another member seconded the motion.
