Justin Warren, Human Resources, told commissioners Building and Planning has promoted an internal candidate to assistant planner and asked permission to fill the vacant planning specialist/coordinator position.

Warren described the request as routine personnel action to backfill a vacancy created by internal promotion; the board acknowledged the item and planned to proceed according to standard hiring policies.
