Ada County commissioners approved a procurement recommendation Jan. 9 to award Bid 26021 (Ada County Landfill drain gravel) to Premier Aggregates LLC for $145,537.28.

Procurement staff reported four responses. Premier Aggregates submitted the lowest responsive bid at $145,537.28; other bidders included Knife River Corporation Mountain West and a higher bid listed as nonresponsive. Procurement recommended awarding the purchase order to Premier Aggregates as the lowest responsive bidder, and a commissioner moved to accept the evaluation committee’s recommendation. The motion was seconded and carried by voice vote.

The board authorized the chair to sign documents related to the award. No protest or vendor dispute was recorded in the meeting transcript.
