There were no public comments against the proposal. A board member moved to forward a favorable recommendation to the Town Council, referencing the staff findings of fact; the motion was seconded and approved by a 3–0 vote.
The Town Council will consider the special exception at its next available meeting with the board’s favorable recommendation in the record.
