Members recommended reviewing and possibly clarifying interim steps — for example, chair notification and liaison involvement — before escalation to council. The committee agreed to review the addendum at a future meeting and consider a recommendation to city council if appropriate.
The meeting closed after confirming next steps on the volunteer-appointment process and scheduling the committee’s next meeting for Feb. 12.
