A trustee moved and the board voted to recommend that city council proceed with the contract. The EDTA will place the recommendation on the next city council agenda for formal action. The meeting record shows the closing date in the contract as 03/13/1926 (transcribed), which staff indicated is a typographical error in the paperwork; staff said the intended closing date is on or before 03/13/2026 and will be corrected in council-level documents.
