Larimer County commissioners approve four land-use consent items

The Larimer County Board of County Commissioners voted 3-0 on Jan. 12, 2026, to approve four land-use items on the consent agenda and authorized the chair to sign the related findings and resolutions.

The vote came after the chair read four consent items into the record: the dissolution of the Glacier View local improvement district (02/2001); the Campbell lot consolidation and easement vacation (file no. 25-LAND-4514); a final plat extension for Gilmore Acres (file no. 25-GNRL-0584); and an amended plat and easement vacation for Nokomis Lake (file no. 25-LAND-4497). The chair noted consent-agenda items are considered routine and would not be discussed unless pulled for separate consideration.

Commissioner Kristen Stephens moved to approve the items “subject to the conditions and the staff reports and further move to authorize the chair to sign the findings and resolutions.” The board called for the vote; each commissioner present answered “Aye,” and the chair announced the consent agenda passed, 3-0.

Planning manager Jenny Axmaker and county staff from planning, engineering and public health were introduced earlier in the hearing and were present to support the consent items. No member of the public or any commissioner requested that an item be removed from the consent agenda, so the board did not hold separate presentations or public comment on those files.

The board offered brief thanks to staff before adjourning; the chair stated the meeting was adjourned at approximately 3:07 p.m.
