Denton County Fire Marshal's Office honored with 2025 TXFMA Excellence Award

Sebastian emphasized the department’s reliance on county budget support and recent adoption of the 2021 fire code as enabling the office to pursue the practices recognized by the award.
Commissioners and the judge echoed appreciation for the office’s role in public safety, noted the countywide fire protection plan work and recognized the personal sacrifices of emergency personnel and their families.
