Denton County Commissioners Court on Jan. 13 approved a series of land-planning items covering new and replat subdivisions in multiple precincts.
During public hearings the court opened and closed hearings on the BoDart Acres replat (Block A, Lot 11 — 5.574 acres, Precinct 1) and Savannah Phase 1 replat (Blocks 1R–3R — 9.519 acres, Precinct 1). No members of the public spoke on either replat; Commissioner Williams moved to approve both items and Commissioner Falconer seconded. Both motions carried unanimously.
Later in the agenda the court approved two final plats in Precinct 4: Ponder Farms Phase 1 (200 residential lots and eight open-space lots on 47.93 acres) and Webster Meadows Phase 1 (201 residential lots and five open-space lots on 45.415 acres); acceptance of Legacy Ranch Phase 2 into Denton County road maintenance for Precinct 4 also passed unanimously.
All motions were made, seconded and approved with vocal unanimous consent; the record does not show roll-call tallies or individual vote names. The court followed standard public-hearing procedure: opening the hearing, soliciting public comment, closing the hearing and moving to approval where appropriate.
