Councilmember Dan Wallace moved the measure; Gerald Thomas supported it and the motion carried.
The council also approved the appointment of Eric Chotjian to the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority for a four-year term ending Oct. 7, 2029, and designated Gerald Thomas as the council representative on the tax increment finance authority (TIFA) and the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority until…
