Independent auditors give TTSD a clean opinion for 2024–25 financials

ClearTrail CPAs partner Tara Camp presented the Tigard‑Tualatin School District’s 2024–25 financial statement audit at the Jan. 15 board meeting and reported a clean result.

Camp said the auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements, found no exceptions under Oregon minimum standards compliance, and reported no findings on the federal single audit. She commended the district’s business office — naming Jessica and Sarah from the finance team — and noted the district prepares an Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) submitted to the Government Finance Officers Association.

Camp also previewed forthcoming GASB standards (GASB 103 and GASB 104) that will affect reporting and disclosure in the next audit cycle; she said the district is well prepared to implement those updates.

Board members thanked auditors and the finance staff for the extensive work involved in producing the audit and ACFR. No audit exceptions or management disagreements were reported.
