He also outlined minor facility needs for the new year, including wallpaper removal and painting on a second floor and wall repair in a community room, and noted upcoming activities including bowling and a Valentine’s Day celebration. Commissioners thanked Brown and praised the staff’s ability to adapt during the prior year’s structural challenges.
