Planning staff clarified that the current permit authorizes catering but not a daily takeout/delivery restaurant use, so the applicants must seek modification. The board confirmed the matter will go to the planning board for public hearing on Jan. 27 and will return to the Zoning Board on Feb. 10; the ZBA took no final action at the Jan. 13 meeting.
Applicants said they currently operate with about three employees and plan hours of 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday; staffing and hours may change depending on business volume. No public opposition spoke at the hearing.
