Ballots were read into the record by board office staff. The tally for president gave Stevens the majority and she was announced as the incoming president. Vice President Brenda Zamora initially declined consideration for another leadership post; ballots for vice president were read later and produced a majority for current President Irene Bustamante Adams, who will serve as vice president for the coming year. For clerk, Trustee Joe Dominguez was elected after paper ballots were tallied; the board announced Dominguez will serve as clerk.
