The Board approved grouped homeowner-exemption reinstatements and valuation adjustments (items 2–7, 9–19, 11–19 and 23–178). At its Jan. 14 meeting, the Kootenai County Board of Equalization approved a series of grouped homeowner-exemption and valuation adjustments presented by assessor staff.
