Applicants said the operation will continue as a hot pot restaurant with no menu changes, no renovations and no change to hours; proposed manager Yan Chen said she is familiar with the current operation and the applicants expect a smooth transition. “We are not gonna change any menu items. We're gonna continue on the hot pot service,” an applicant said.
A board member moved to approve the transfer; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. The board recorded no roll-call vote in the transcript.
The applicants also noted the premises measures approximately 2,100 square feet with a basement used for storage.
