Spokane County adds two executive sessions and schedules Feb. 12 joint meeting with city

The chair announced an add-on for two executive sessions and listed attendees for the first session, described as addressing pending and potential litigation; no action was expected. Named attendees included Matt Folsom, Scott Simmons, Jeff McMorris, Devin Curta, Jasper Colter and Kyle Tuig as recited in the meeting. The second executive session was described as addressing qualifications and performance of a public employee and was scheduled for 10 minutes.
Separately, the chair said a joint meeting with the city is tentatively set for 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 12, and asked commissioners to hold the calendar date. Commissioner Trisha Walter asked whether remote participation would be available; the chair said staff would try to provide remote access via the Health Board Conference Room.
