Maureen (district staff) led logistics and distribution plans and will work with finance staff on allocation once the board receives formal recommendations.
Trustees did not take formal action on the donation at the meeting; the presentation functioned as recognition and an initial briefing on how MEF funds may be used. The district said it will return to the board with formal contract or acceptance language if required and with details on program allocations.
