Several members discussed whether starting at 6:30 p.m. would better accommodate school events; after acknowledging staff scheduling concerns, the board adopted the recommended 6:00 p.m. start time.
Other routine business passed on voice votes of 5–0, including approval of a consent agenda item for an overnight band and orchestra trip to attend the KEMEA conference in February.
