The Scott County Board of Adjustment approved a two-foot height variance on Jan. 12, 2026, allowing an accessory building to reach 26 feet on a 10-acre property in Section 22 of Louisville Township. The board voted in favor by voice vote and the variance was adopted.
Associate planner Nathan Haller told the board the property is about 10 acres on County Highway 69 (Old Brick Yard Road) and contains an existing home, an attached garage and a detached accessory building of about 2,800 square feet.
