At the end of its meeting the Rutherford County Board of Zoning Appeals elected its officers for the coming period. Members nominated and voted to re'elect Zane Cantrell as chair and Jerry Sartain as vice chair by roll call.

The nominations were seconded and the clerk recorded unanimous or recorded affirmative votes in each case. Chair Cantrell acknowledged the selection and said he would serve if the board wanted him to do so. The board adjourned after the officer elections.
