The office of procurement recommended awarding a competitively bid contract through Omnia Partners to Graybar, in partnership with Chesapeake Mission Critical, to replace electrical switchgear at the County Office Building for $715,811.76. "This price includes all materials and labor, and this amount is approved in the FY26 budget," procurement staff said.
