Commissioner Robbins asked staff to change a sentence in the commissioner comments section that she said implied all commissioners expressed a strong emphasis; staff offered to make an on‑screen, verbatim edit or defer approval to the next meeting. The commission elected to approve the minutes after the edit.

Commissioner [name] moved to approve the consent calendar as edited; a second was recorded. Vice Chair Kranz voted "Aye," Commissioner Renaud "Yes," Chair Michael "Yes," Commissioner Narita "Yes," and Commissioner Robbins "Aye." The clerk announced the motion passed.

The commission then moved on to new business. No further action was taken on the minutes beyond the approval recorded at the meeting.
