West York board hears contracts for Job Corps enrollment, dual-enrollment option and approves pantry donations

The presenter said there is no cost to the district for that agreement and that students will still receive diplomas under the arrangement.
The board also heard about a dual-enrollment agreement with Saint Joe27s University that would expand college-credit opportunities for 11th- and 12th-grade students, including nursing-related pathways, and provide additional options for postsecondary preparation.
The board recorded donations to the West York Bulldog Pantry: $3,000 from Shiloh Evangelical Lutheran Church and $1,000 from Robin Beavanour, presented for approval per district policy. Administration also reported a recommendation to add four drivers to the Reliance transportation roster to support vans and bus routes.
Trustees placed these items on the consent/approval path and later moved to approve agenda/consent items before adjournment; the transcript reflects motions and voice approval at the end of the meeting.
