The staff presentation pointed to an environmental assessment linked in the record and offered to pass commissioner questions to the DOT design team.
Staff noted the informational nature of the item and said no further staff remarks were necessary; commissioners had no questions during the presentation and the meeting took a short recess for technical issues before continuing to public hearings.
