Davie CRA ranks White Oak first, authorizes negotiation of LOI for 5.6-acre redevelopment site

CRA director Philip Holste told the board the CRA owns 5.6 acres at the site and summarized three unsolicited proposals received after the termination of the Frontier Square proposal in February 2025.
