Providers, parents urge Hamilton County to restore youth-prevention funding amid proposed cuts

Kristen Smith Shrimplin, president and CEO of Women Helping Women, described a current county contract of $400,000 that supports prevention work in 25 Hamilton County schools and serves more than 2,000 students.
