Commissioners praised her research-driven style and long-standing contributions to regulatory practice and policy.
The resolution lists Camacho’s public-service background and cites her work to ensure rates are just and reasonable, her efforts to promote local workforce development rather than reliance on outside consultants, and her role in shaping PUC protocols.
