KANE COUNTY, Ill. — At its September 2025 meeting the Kane County Liquor Commission recorded these formal actions:

- Approval of minutes from Aug. 14, 2025: approved by unanimous consent.

- Correction to agenda/application township: commissioners moved and approved a clerical correction changing the township listing from Elgin Township to Saint Charles Township and amended the application on the record.

- Blackjack's Gentleman's Club (Elgin Entertainment Holdings Inc., owner listed as Anne Marie Butita): motion to approve a Class E bar license with a Sunday endorsement passed 3–1 (Arroyo yes; Caius yes; Linder yes; Surges no). No additional conditions were announced at the meeting.

- Closed-session actions: the commission entered closed session earlier in the meeting for matters related to imminent/pending litigation; later it moved to release closed-session minutes (Exhibit A) and returned to open session.

- Adjournment: meeting adjourned following release of closed-session minutes.
