The board approved change order number 1 with Gulf Coast Solutions LLC for an ARPA project (a stated reduction of $8,623), accepted several vendor bids including a procurement from Truckworks Kenworth for a tractor truck and dump trailer ($210,412.60) and a bid acceptance for a trailer-mounted hydro platform listed in the transcript at $245,006,605 (see audit note on numeric inconsistency). A replacement playground purchase for Euther Lee Keys Park was approved; the agenda originally listed $25,410.69, which staff corrected to $52,158.07.

Actions were carried by voice vote where recorded. Several items raised brief clarifying questions from supervisors, including whether the park purchase amount had been double-entered on the agenda and whether permits and inspections are required for future construction work discussed during other items on the agenda.
