The commission voted separately to approve the three pre‑application items (h, i and j) required by the FAA planning process; each motion passed on roll call.
What’s next: KLJ will return with a drafted scope and, if the commission desires to proceed next spring, staff will bring a formal grant application and detailed scope for commission review.
