After the board's voice vote to reappoint her, Russell took the oath of office and signed required documents.
The reappointment is a volunteer county position; commissioners noted the district receives a small portion of property taxes to fund its work. No board member opposed the appointment.
The board moved on to other agenda items after completing the swearing-in and routing paperwork.
